Nina has given workshops to paramedics, doctors, firefighters and other first responders in creating realistic effects to use in training scenarios. She pays attention to medical detail, which is often more subtle than horror movie effects...and then again, sometimes not (think pumping arterial bleeding...).

However, if it's full on horror you're after, Nina has all the techniques needed to create full on theatrical blood and gore! Used for films, horror-fests, zombie-parades and our favorite event of the year, Halloween!
Some types of Special Effects make up require significant amounts of advance preparation - making prosthetics, for example, or ordering special products. Please bear that in mind for lead times when you book.
